Awards

This is a major rework of Goodwin Aged Care Services Inc. facilities in Ainslie ACT and comprises a 108-bed residential aged care facility. The project is multi-storey (up to 4 levels) and has a modern, contemporary feel. Existing models of aged care architecture have been challenged by Capital Architecture and a new paradigm created.

By 2011 this project had become the most awarded aged care and retirement village in Australia. Some of the awards that it has already won are below:
