Capital Architecture has designed an exciting new lifestyle residence for Australia’s seniors so that they can remain in their supportive communities which they can enjoy for all time. This complex consists of apartments which provide mature aged people with an independent lifestyle in a supportive environment. The project exhibits the latest interpretation of quality aged care residential design and construction with built-in options for adaptability.

The external architecture of the building displays modern design, with minimal maintenance required to the external façade. Particular emphasis has been placed on modern technology and systems including security and access control, communications and lift access.
